Now On Display At Cellar+Plate

As of December 2016 my paintings have been on display at Cellar+Plate (a wine bar <-- click the link to learn more). A great place with attention to service and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere combine to make the perfect home for a half dozen of my paintings.

Now On Display At Obelisk Home

As of May 2015 my paintings have been on display at Obelisk Home (a home furnishing store and more). Focused on interior design and a labyrinthian colorful atmosphere the showroom and gallery space combine to make the perfect home for a half dozen of my paintings.

John and His Art

John creates big vibrant oil paintings. He paints on canvases that feel panoramic or widescreen, art that fills the peripheral of the viewer's eye. He paints with an intensity of layers and colors that interact and pop and play across the entire canvas.

John paints abstract because it's open to personal interpretation. It becomes about your memories, your experiences, your connections and how you relate to the art.

For John, as an artist, there is nothing better than when someone discovers a painting (and that painting finds a home). And especially when new discoveries are found repeatedly within the same painting over time.
